Join us on April 6th for a kickoff event to jumpstart your health and wellness journey! Participants will set personalized goals for workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle using a structured plan designed to be tracked over four weeks (ending April 27). Weekly check-ins with an RA or AD will help keep you accountable, with simple, time-stamped proof of progress like workouts, meals, or fitness tracking. The kickoff event will also feature a fun 'Myth Busting' session on fitness and nutrition, with interactive activities like a Kahoot or QR-based quiz. Throughout the 4-week program, participants can earn points for completing goals, with prizes awarded to the top performers or teams at the end.
