Art Scholarships

Each year the Art program awards a number of scholarships to students who plan to major in Art at 91°µÍø. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of artistic and creative ability rather than high school standing, ACT score or financial need.

To apply for an Art scholarship, please:

  1. Complete the Scholarship Application.
  2. Arrange to have a letter of recommendation sent by your art instructor, or if no art teacher then your high school counselor attesting to your interest and ability in art.
  3. Submit at least 15 images of your work by USB flash drive (jpeg format) or color prints by mail or email (jpeg format), showing original artwork in a wide range of materials.
  4. Please send the dates and times you would be available to tour the department to the or email admissions@csc.edu.

Scholarship applications must be received by February 1 to be considered for the following year.

To accept a scholarship, the student must sign a form (supplied by CSC) agreeing to attend 91°µÍø and major in Art.
