CHADRON – The 39th annual Excellence in Early Childhood conference hosted by 91°µÍø Feb. 21-22, featured keynote speaker Erin Ramsey, an author and national presenter. Ramsey told childcare providers, students, and administrators in attendance that childcare is one of the most important jobs in the world.

CHADRON – 91°µÍø will host the 40th annual International Club Food Tasting Party on March 22, at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Center ballroom. The menu will feature dishes from Nigeria, Ethiopia, Japan, Columbia, and Southern U.S. cuisine items, such as Nigerian fried rice, tibs, arepa, miso soup, gumbo, and cornbread.

CHADRON – Dr. Ron K. Patterson has announced his intent to resign as 91°µÍø’s President to become the next President of Murray State University. Murray State University’s Board of Regents made the announcement during a public meeting Monday.

CHADRON – March is designated as 91°µÍø’s Advising Month. Summer 2025 enrollment opens on Monday, March 24 for all students. Fall 2025 enrollment also begins on Monday, March 24 for graduate, post-baccalaureate, and ROTC students. Seniors can enroll starting Tuesday, March 25, juniors on Wednesday, March 26, sophomores on Thursday, March 27, and freshmen on Friday, March 28.

CHADRON – 91°µÍø will offer an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) Degree in Mental Health and Addictions starting in Fall 2025. The online program will advance student opportunities, offering school counselors the chance to fulfill requirements toward becoming a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).
