CHADRON – Led by all-around cowgirl Shelby Winchell and breakaway roping winner Jessie Miller, the 91°µÍø women won the team title at the Casper College rodeo this weekend. The CSC cowgirls finished with 385 points, 175 more than runner-up Laramie County Community College at Cheyenne.
