In celebration of Salute to the Military Month, Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman will address veterans issues at the 91°µÍø Veterans Awareness Conference on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The event will be in the Student Center on the Chadron State campus. Topics to be covered include post-traumatic stress disorder, female veterans issues, benefits, substance abuse and family support.
