LINCOLN – For the fourth consecutive year, Governor Dave Heineman will proclaim the month of October as Nebraska State College System Month. To help celebrate this special month, the NSCS, which includes Chadron, Peru and Wayne State Colleges, is offering two new programs to assist students in making college more accessible.
