CHADRON – Achievements were plentiful at 91°µÍø in 2015, but the biggest highlight also hosted the largest celebration. More than 200 people celebrated with alumni, supporters, education leaders and elected officials Sept. 26 at the dedication of the Rangeland Complex and the Chicoine Center.
