(Lincoln, Neb.) Governor Heineman recently appointed John Chaney of Auburn to the Nebraska State College System (NSCS) Board of Trustees. Chaney replaces Larry Teahon of Chadron who stepped down after serving on the Board for twelve years. Chaney will serve on the Fiscal, Facilities, and Audit Committee.
