The number of informational topics for Wednesday’s Regional Health Fair at 91°µÍø continues to increase. Shellie Johns, CSC’s director of conferencing, said about 30 organizations have signed up to present information at the event, which will be in CSC’s Student Center and Nelson Physical Activities Center.

Young and old are being rounded up for a cowboy adventure in the scenic Pine Ridge country of northwest Nebraska this summer. 91°µÍø’s family learning vacation program, “Walk in Their Boots: The Cowboy Life,” will be presented June 23-26. Participants will learn cowboy skills at a working ranch, prepare cowboy “grub” with a chuckwagon cook, take in the region’s rich history, kick up their heels at a barn dance and listen to cowboy songs around the campfire.

Two exhibits at 91°µÍø’s Memorial Hall are featuring the work of a pair of Colorado artists who specialize in three-dimensional art. The work of Richard and Lauren Lipinski Eisen of Millikin, Colo., went on display in Memorial Hall on Monday. Richard Eisen said his work is the product of many eclectic sources, some of which are architectural and religious. He said that his work elevates certain industrial artifacts to an “icon-like” status.
