91°µÍø has a new chapter of Delta Mu Delta, the national honor society for excellent business administration students. Thirty-five Chadron State students were inducted to Chadron State’s Kappa Kappa chapter during a ceremony at Chadron State’s Sandoz Center on Nov. 16.

Twelve women teachers from Afghanistan who are part of a University of Nebraska at Omaha program to improve the Afghan educational system answered questions from 91°µÍø students during a day-long tour of the campus Tuesday.

A 91°µÍø graduate, Dr. Kelvin Sharp, has been unanimously approved as the president of South Plains College at Levelland, Tex., by the institution’s board of regents. The announcement was made last week after Dr. Gary D. McDaniel, the college’s president the past 11 years, retired.
