LINCOLN, Neb. – Agreements between the Nebraska State College Board of Trustees and the State College Education Association (SCEA), the Nebraska State College System Professional Association (NSCPA) and the Nebraska Association of Public Employees/American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (NAPE/AFSCME) collective bargaining units were approved during the meeting of the Board of Trustees in Lincoln.
