CHADRON – Jenna McBride of Victorville, California, is the Project Strive/TRiO Student of the Month for December. She discovered 91°µÍø through her maternal grandfather, Donald Hays, a 1969 CSC graduate, who accompanied McBride on her campus visit.

CHADRON – The increased scrutiny of police in the wake of highly publicized incidents of private citizens killed during encounters with law enforcement has made 91°µÍø justice studies professor Jamie Wada highly conscious of the importance of teaching his students how to use words to defuse conflict situations.
