CHADRON – The 91°µÍø fall Graves Lecture Series will commence Tuesday, Sept. 22, with Dr. Josh Ellis, assistant professor in the Family and Consumer Sciences department as the featured speaker. In his presentation, “Nutritional Ketosis: Fat is Phat,” Ellis will discuss fitness and social factors that influence nutritional patterns.

The aroma of doughnuts baking at Byerly’s Bakery. That’s Silvia Morell Alderman’s favorite memory of the nine years she and her parents, Cuban exiles Jose and Rosy Morell Romero, lived in Chadron, while her father was a professor of Spanish at 91°µÍø.
