CHADRON – Last fall, 91°µÍø launched a pilot Eagle Mentor Program to assist freshmen with their transition to college. By helping to make students’ first year at CSC successful, the program is expected to strengthen the number who return to the college as sophomores.

CHADRON – While much of the world’s attention is focused on COVID-19 and the upheaval it has wrought in daily life, scientific research projects funded by NASA Nebraska Space Grant fellowships have two 91°µÍø students thinking about the possibility of life on Mars, and a third student looking at a possible avenue for stopping dangerous MRSA infections that resist treatment with conventional medicines.

CHADRON – A student-driven initiative to start an Esports club at 91°µÍø is functioning as a support group during social distancing due to the coronavirus, according to co-adviser Stephanie Alfred. Although the group of about 18 has not met face-to-face this semester, they are chatting online, sharing humorous memes, and playing games.
