LINCOLN – The Nebraska State Colleges Board of Trustees selected Dr. Tracy Nobiling as the 2019 Teaching Excellence Award Recipient for the Nebraska State College System. Nobiling was selected during the Board of Trustees meeting March 21 and will be celebrated during the spring commencement ceremony at 91°µÍø on May 4, 2019.
