CHADRON – Two continents in two weeks. Dr. Tracy Nobiling’s sabbatical during the Fall 2018 semester was anything but sedentary. Nobiling, a Professor of Justice Studies, spent her time exploring Study Abroad opportunities for 91°µÍø students and faculty in Spain and Australia.

CHADRON – Heather Shumaker, author of two books about pre-school play, spoke about her renegade rules for pre-school children at 91°µÍø’s 30th annual Excellence in Early Childhood Conference Saturday. Dr. Kim Madsen, professor in the School of Applied Sciences, said the event was well-attended by child care providers from the region, as well CSC students studying Family and Consumer Science and Elementary Education.

CHADRON – The Big Event staff will host its annual The Big White Out Friday, Feb. 15, at the Chicoine Center during 91°µÍø’s women’s and men’s basketball games against South Dakota School of Mines. The women’s game begins at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s will follow at 7:30 p.m.
